CardWise does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of billing dates with your bank and for making all financial decisions, including monthly payments.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDWISE AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Late payment fees or interest charges levied by your bank.
• Incorrect billing cycle predictions due to user error or bank schedule changes.
• Loss of reward points or redemption value.
• Data inaccuracies or service interruptions.

Ultimate responsibility for card payments lies with the user.

Banks frequently change their billing cycles and reward program terms. CardWise does not guarantee that the reward data or interest-free periods shown are always up-to-date or accurate. Always cross-reference with your official bank statements.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CardWise for any illegal purpose or to attempt to scrape data, interfere with the service, or misrepresent your identity.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account and associated data through the application settings at any time.
